Is Destino suitable for me?
The programming for our retreats is intense but scalable. We ask that participants have a working knowledge of Crossfit principles and methodology prior to registering. A good gauge would be about 3-6 months of regular training. You will learn a lot while with us but it is not fair to other participants if you are still a little too “wet behind the ears”.

Do you provide transportation to and from the airport?
In general, you are responsible for reporting to retreat destination on arrival day. Depending on destination we may have an organized group shuttle service from the airport. Feel free to email to see if this applies to your retreat.

Do I need to rent a car?
Nope.  We will have a transportation available for all group activities and can arrange for transport to locations not on schedule.

Will I need any equipment?
We will be working out of a local affiliate and providing everything necessary for anything programmed. Recommended but not required are, jump rope, oly shoes, running shoes, wraps or braces worn regularly, swim suit, hat.

Is there WiFi on the property?
In general, all of our locations are 4 star and will have adequate facilities for you to stay connected.

I’m going by myself…is that ok?
Absolutely! By the time you leave Destino Retreats you will have made new friends for life.

Can I bring a non-participant?
Space is limited but we do offer a private room rate. If your partner will not be participating in the WOD’s or group activities we can scale the pricing accordingly. Email us for any adjustments.

Can I bring a group?
Space is limited but at a first come, first serve basis. If you have a group of friends that want to come together, fantastic! If you think you can get 6-8 from your box to commit, we can tailor a retreat FOR you. Email us for more information.

How do I sign-up?
Go to our “Registration” page and select the tour and rooming option you would prefer. Once registered you will receive an email with a Paypal link for the deposit.

Do you have a payment plan?
We offer the option to either pay in full or a deposit of 1/3 the total cost at time of sign-up, with payments due at 120 days prior to arrival and 30 days prior to arrival.

Is there a cancellation policy?
Due to limited spots available per retreat we do not offer cancellations. However, if you feel as though you have booked in error please contact us within 24 hours.
